Happy Easter

Happy Easter. Have been having a blast the last few days on our family road trip. Yesterday we went to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We did the speedway tour which was really nice, and at the end of the tour we went around the speedway for two laps at 80 MPH, the kids loved it. Last night Karen and I went into downtown Charlotte and went to Whiskey River which is owned by Dale Jr. and it was nice. I must be getting old because the music seemed a little loud. Today we spent the whole day at Carowinds Amusement Park. We rode the seven big coasters and the new Dale Earnhart, Intimadator 305 was the best. It is the tallest, fastest, and longeset rollor coaster in the southeast and hits 80 MPH at the bottom of the first drop. It was AWSOME to say the least. Needless to say Hunter and I were in the front row on all the rides. It's like Hunter says, when it comes to roller coasters we don't do row two. Sorry we missed you all today at Wayne's. Tomorrow we are going to just hang at the the motel and go to the water park that is in the motel. We are planning to leave here at 04:30 monday morning and stop at Luray Caverns on the way home. Hope to see everyone before I head back to Afghanistan on the 12th.
