Well, Kevin was home and gone again in a flash.At least we're glad he arrived safely and he is probably needing the rest from the whirlwind that was his R&R.
The cookout on the 15th was well attended, and if anybody went away hungry, it was their own fault. There was enough food to feed half Kevin's base, and damned good food too.
Even though the weather was hot by our standards, I think everyone enjoyed the time with family and friends. I guess what we have to look forward to now is Kevin coming home, and staying here.
